Personally came and appeared Ann Watson of the Township of Toronto in the said Home District widow who being duly sworn maketh oath and saith that the above is a correct and true Inventory of the goods and chattels rights and credits of John Watson deceased at the time of his death and that the same was about the value of twenty five pounds

Before me Samuel Bealey Harrison Esquire Surrogate for the Home District of the Province of Canada personally came and appeared John Dulmage of the Township of Trafalgar in the Gore District ... and Joseph Patterson of the same place yeoman who being duly sworn make oath and say and first John Dulmage for himself saith that he is worth seventy five pounds of lawful money of Canada all his debts being first paid And ... Joseph Patterson for himself saith that the like sum of seventy five pounds of like lawful money all his debts being first paid.

The land and possessions of any other person or persons for her and the same so make do so exhibit or cause to be exhibited into the Registry of the Surrogate Court ... before the twenty eighth day of March _______ next ensuing and the same goods chattels and credits and all other ... goods chattels and credits of the said ... at the time of his death which at any time after shall come into the hands of the said Ann Watson or into the hands and possession of any other person or persons for her do well and truly administer according to law and further do make and cause to be made a true and just account of her said administration at or before the twenty eighth day of March next and all the .... and residue of the said goods chattels and credits which shall be found remaining upon the said administratrix account the same being first examined and allowed by the judges of the Court for the time being shall deliver and .... unto such person or persons respectively as the said judge by his decree or sentence conformable to the provisions in a certain Act of Parliament intitled ... for the better settling intestate estates and .... in the twenty second and twenty third years of the reign of Charles the Second contained shall limit and appoint And if it shall hereafter appear that any .... will or testament was made by the deceased and the executor or executors therein named ... do exhibit the same unto the said court making request to have it alowed and approved accordingly if the said Ann Watson ... bounden being said letters of administration approbation of which last will and testament being such and made in the said court there his obligation to be void and of none effect or else to remain in full force and virtue.
